One verse...Now thousands...Folopa NT DONE!
It is great to know that the Folopa New Testament is FINISHED. Not only is the language very different from English; the whole Syntax of a sentence is different. The way words sound and are pronounced are different being a tonal language. The word 'ne' in Folopa has three different meanings depending on the way it is pronounced. I remember two of them. With a slightly higher inflection of the voice it means "sister" yet with a slightly lower inflection it means "ground." Yet there is another way of saying it and it creates a different word. The following above is John 3.16 and it was one the verses in the booklets we created in July 2005 to prep for the Folopa NT that was finished and dedicated less than 2 weeks ago. PRAISE THE LORD!

This is such a blessing as an addition to the girls reading! It is very special to see the Folopa language. We tried to get on yesterday and we couldn't get into any of your blogs! So I can't wait until Code Cutie gets up so she can see this!
